Hooded barbecues
Hooded gas grills look like open-topped grills but with hinged lids. They work like kettle grills in that the grilling area can be completely closed in by using the hood. They tend to be bigger than kettle grills and usually have a lot more features as standard. Many of these are made of stainless steel. They often have multiple burners, warming areas and food preparation areas. If you don’t mind paying a little extra you can add a rotisserie and spit. Hooded gas grills on sale range widely in price from around $150 right into the thousands!
